Lewis goes fastest on his first push lap on the Intermediates but lots of laps still to come as the clock ticks down

SQ3 underway and tricky conditions out there. Lewis is out on the Intermediate tyres.

First laps of SQ2 with rain approaching. Lewis currently P9 but George is in the danger zone in P11.

Both drivers improve on their final laps and are safely through to SQ2 in P12 (Lewis) and P13 (George)

Windy conditions out there in SQ1 with spots of rain also falling too. Both drivers are out on track now on their used Mediums for final laps, with the track evolving quickly.

A quick reminder that Sprint Quali is shorter than the standard Quali format and has mandatory tyre sets:

◾️ SQ1 (12 minutes, new Medium)
◾️ SQ2 (10 minutes, new Medium)
◾️ SQ3 (8 minutes, new or used Soft)
