Sudan's #paramilitary groups, the Janjaweed, have refashioned themselves as the 'Rapid Support Forces', but their #genocide in #Darfur remains a constant since 2003. This new Human Rights Watch report is at once meticulous and comprehensive in reconstructing the myriad forms of mass violence.
