Origins of ”sauna”! Today 🇫🇮celebrates Finnish Language Day and Mikael Agricola Day. Agricola, ”The Father of literary Finnish” (1510-1557), was a clergyman who translated New Testament into Finnish in 1548. In the picture my sons are paying their respects to Agricola in Turku.
