Those Bison 4x100 runners were on record pace today as the boys and the girls each finish runner-up. The boys take down the school record while the girls tie the school record.

Medal stand update: Congratulations to Tatum Campa who sprints her way to a third place finish in the 100-meter while Wyatt Dent finishes runner-up with a great performance.

Congratulations to Hope Paup as the Bison freshman throws 39’7 in the shot put to take the Central Nebraska Track and Field Championships crown. Truman Ryan is runner-up in the boys long jump while Nebraska Christian’s Sheridan Falk is third in the girls long jump. More to come…

Final! The Kernels hand Malcolm their third loss of the season with a huge 10-5 victory. #nebpreps

A 10-0 win over Centennial for the Kernels this morning and they will be back at 2pm for today’s main event as the Kernels square off with 13-2 Malcolm. Should be an exciting contest.

A great effort from the Kernels today as they battle tough against North Platte. In the end it is an 8-4 victory for the Bulldogs in 8 innings.

Erickson doubles in the tying run but the Kernels leave the bases loaded. In to extra innings we go!

Conner Erickson does his job in relief but the Kernels need offense trailing 4-3 in the bottom of the seventh.

North Platte uses some small ball to take a 3-1 lead. Until Riley Lavene drives in a pair to tie the game 3-3 through four innings.

Blake Jensen doubles and later Jakob Ruhl brings him around as the Kernels take an early 1-0 lead through the first inning. Barrett Fries working on the mound with early success. He hit a batter but we will let you draw your own conclusions.
