I am happy to pay my GMC fee, but am surprised that it is being spent on opposing Dr Matt Kneale.

During revalidation GMC seems to care A LOT what medical lectures we listened to.

But does not care AT ALL if we use our medical credentials to spread harmful health messages.

It IS a popularity contest.

The difference between this and general popularity contests is that it is popularity of an idea *amongst people with a track record for good analytical skills*.

Every time peer reviewers annoy us, remember what happens WITHOUT peer review, and everyone just says yes, to avoid getting beheaded or dissolved in acid.

We do stupid things. The more resources we have, the stupider we get.

On the plus side, we do get to ski uphill, though.

Actually this is fair.

After all, you never know, there MAY be something wrong with the tooth. Could just have a root canal just to be on the safe side.

And have your lenses replaced in case you develop cataracts.
