I write things: Killing Berthold Gambrel, The Dime, One Night in Bridgeport, The Basement and more. Opinions are entirely my own. Who else would want them?

OMG! My wife did it again! She made cookies with raisins instead of chocolate chips. Who does something like this? So now I'm Googling divorce lawyers.

Photo drop from sailing to the Great Barrier Reef. Yes. I tried snorkeling. But between my mustache preventing a seal, no matter the gob of Vaseline in it, and struggling with breathing, I didn’t last long.

Two stops in Adelaide today. First, the Central Market. Started in 1869, it now has 70-80 stalls. Virtually everything related to food can be found here. Produce, meat, cheese, bread and pastries, spices, candy, chocolate. Everything. All high quality.
