Michael Aboneka I see where you’re going with this inquiry. From a public health perspective, we certainly need to do more to protect our people from the unintended dangers that come with such cultural practices. In that front, I’m entirely with you.

I never understand this! And Parents have to pay 'Holiday fee' as well. Even when the Education Ministry has directed schools on the same! Ministry of Education and Sports - Uganda is this still the case?
