We've taken around 100 flood-related calls today and have rescued dozens of people - and a dog 🐶 - from cars trapped in flooded roads.

We’ve seen the water level peaks at our key gauging locations pass, but still a lot of water in the catchments making its way through - hence why there’s still #Flood warnings and alerts out.

207 flood warnings and 222 flood alerts are currently in place and #TeamEA are on the ground with other emergency responders to help reduce these impacts.

Env Agency Midlands pumping operation at Alney Island, #Gloucestershire , removing water that has impacted the community now the river #Severn levels have receded below the defence.
