Phone Zap Alert, starting tomorrow! This landlord had keys stolen for 900+ units. Instead of immediate lock replacement, they asked tenants to stay home for two weeks and to keep leases on them for police to check if they leave. Let's have their back.

Let's show up for the tenants at 1921 Walnut St Association who are facing eviction from UC Berkeley! The UC is trying to remove these rent stabilized units and build *above market rate* student housing instead. This will contribute to gentrification and is a blatant attack on tenants.

Let's roll on slumlord Justin Wallway's mansion this 4th of July. Wallway has extracted multi-millions from tenants, driven up rents, tried to remove rent control, and has taken services away from low-income East Oakland SRO's. Come through!
