CEREMONIAL CANNON FIRE EXPECTED ON NBK-BANGOR 10–11 A.M. TODAY as part of Commander, Submarine Group 9 change of command ceremony. The cannon fire will consist of 13 rounds of blank ammunition that may be heard by personnel on base.
