The further urbanization eats on agricultural land,the further we become food insecure.We need urbanization but it must be guided.
As a country,we need to know the soil status of each district.We take food security so serious b'se it has capacity to take over power - Eng. Kibuuka

Eng. Kibuuka: From time memorial Uganda has been food sufficient. There should be a discussion on district food security.We should plan heavily on water for production.If we are planning to have food security per house hold,then we should plan for irrigation per house hold.
