Visited the historic kōTe Jalakanteshwara temple in #Bengaluru . A part of the old town, it's maintained well inside.

However, outside, everything is dug up, garbage scattered & access is unrecognizable.

May Jalakanteshwara provide us with better civic sense 🙏🏽

I found this work of my great grandfather in archive.org! I remember hearing that he had translated Mrichhakatika to Kannada but had never tried to find it. Here is the link archive.org/details/mricch… The preface in English is hugely interesting!
