Yesterday, World Economic Forum organised a European Grids Roundtable in collaboration with ENTSO-E & International Energy Agency hosted at our offices💡

Globally, we need to double grids deployment by 2030, participants explored how to secure investment for grids in the transition.

Last week, EU-ACER approved ENTSO-E’s European Resources Adequacy Assessment (ERAA) 2023.

The ERAA is a pan-European monitoring assessment of power system resource adequacy, analysing possible events impacting the energy system.

This will be key to ensure the integration of demand-side flexibility resources needed for the decarbonisation of the power system.
