There is no antiracist practice without courage. 35 yrs ago people told me their silence was a fear of getting things wrong. I still hear the same today. Ask people of colour whether your leadership practice is consistent with the values you hold. Learn, shift and then do better

The North Central London training hub arranged for a wellbeing bus to visit staff at Barnet Hospital today.

Staff received health checks, including blood pressure monitoring, diabetes screening and lifestyle advice, and information on mental wellbeing from a team of clinicians.

We’ve launched a pilot scheme to offer volunteering places exclusively for children of, and those under the care of, Royal Free Hospital employees. This opportunity is open to young people aged between 16-21 who are keen to gain experience in the healthcare sector. 🧵
