It’s Citrus Week this week on #BakeOffAU , so this week I made my first attempt at a lemon tart. I also decorated it with a dust of icing sugar, and topped with sliced raspberries. A bit rough around the edges, but for a first attempt it’s not too shabby. The Washing Up

Vegan mushroom and leek quiche, using tofu instead of eggs. Surprised at how well they turned out and how nice they tasted. Rather rustic though, so wouldn’t pass muster on #BakeOffAU
