There will be a burn ban within the City of Brockville on Monday, April 8th. The burn ban will apply to any open-air burning and fireworks. The use of barbecues and propane-fueled are still permitted.

After a busy 2023 where we responded to over 1170 incidents, we started 2024 with 106 incidents in the month of January.

Medical (402) and Alarms (398) were the leading types of incidents for 2023.

Last night we responded to an apartment building on Kensington Parkway for reports of smoke in the building. A fire was quickly extinguished and contained to the kitchen in one unit in the building.
