Today ActBlue laid off 54 employees, 32 of which were in our bargaining unit. Layoffs unfairly punish union employees who are both not responsible for the current financial difficulties & have invested considerable effort into making ActBlue what it is today

In the past years @popdemoc staff have taken a pay ✂️ due to inflation + 🏠 cost crisis. The annual raises of $2,500/person don’t begin to make up for 📈 costs + most CPD/A Staff Union staff have been denied add’l raises under the current system. A “steps” pay grade 🪜 is the answer!
