(Drum roll & trumpets) I'd like to formally introduce you all to our newest rescue/foster kitten & feline charm school student: Mister Thumbsy Sharkmouth McGee. He was the runt of his litter & was malnourished/sickly. Now he's a rough & tumble eating, sleeping, pooping machine.

Today's Furbaby is Ratatouille. He is a mannerly, gentle, introverted kitty. We took him & his brother from a man who was going to shoot them because they were born in his carport & he said they were pooping everywhere! He was so small. We were blessed to take him in.

The library courtyard has a big crop of #milkweed this year, so we have #monarchbutterfly chrysalises in the library! Kids have been awed
by thw caterpillars eating and eating and growing and pooping (Eric Carle left that part out of his book.) Now, we wait for butterflies!
