CHENAB valley in Kashmir sinking in 3 dists of Doda, Ramban & Kistwar. Besides several mega hydro projects, big road/railways joining Jammu-Srinagar pass here wth multiple tunnels. It's also a seismic zone. But these major interventions done without any disaster risk assessment.
