So the other day (see below) I did an image search for "medieval torture devices," and I got THIS.. I swear to buddha, I didn't ask for anything porny. Guess my safe search must be off. Either that or it slipped thru the slit- err, cracks.

This should not be a thing. I had some vague idea that "chelada" was some Mexican version of beer. Turns out it has added lime (fine) and TOMATO and SALT. It was disgusting. (& I really like Modelo dark.) Had to pour it after 2-3 sips. Probably should've read the label first.

I like getting up early and watching the sun rise. I also like staying up late. I also like going to bed early and I like sleeping late.

It's amazing how complacent you can be about a thing you have, even a great thing. Equally amazing how invested you can be in a thing you don't yet have.

Every month or so I get a box of pennies ($25) or a box of nickels ($100) from the bank. Someday, while the US is busy minting stainless steel coins (min. 10 or 25 cents), my grandkids will have a whole bunch of semi-valuable coins that they can sell & buy a cow and some ammo!
