Here's a chart comparing benefit rates, which have risen by 13% since April 2021, with overall prices (up 20%), food (up 30%) & energy (up two thirds since April 2021 and 80% since Dec 2020.) Remember this is just the rate of change in amounts that were inadequate to start with.
