If your GraphQL API is open to the world, you should be protecting it from malicious requests. ✋

Yesterday I wrote a new depth limiting validation rule which supports limiting total depth, number of nested lists, and number of times the same field is referenced recursively;

It's been 2 years since my last post, and 4 years since my last talk, let's change that!

I'm thrilled to announce that I'll be speaking at API Days Singapore 2024 about 'Federated APIs: A Journey To Unify Distributed Data Sources', looking forward to connect with old-new friends

Been busy but need to give credit to Taz Singh and Guild this month we got a two digit amount for the meetups we run over March. For the first time we get something for our community!

Dan Starns Charlie Ward 🍜 (ramenclub.so) James Browne Guild This is interesting, as we calculate for everyone so any individual trend is coincidental. My theory is that the total attendees on the platform is increasing, thus a community’s share is diluting. However the pool of funds is also increasing

Your analysis proves exactly that 🙌🏽

For those speaking at events and meetups

Slides: predominately white background with dark font

If the venue has a projector then a mainly black background isn't going to look as slick as it did on your OLED screen at 2 in the morning 😅
