Total fail. The Greek word Paul uses for “priestly service” in Rom 15:16 (2nd post) is *hierourgounta*, the VERB form of *hiereus*. Strong’s defines *hiereus* as “a priest, one who offers sacrifice to a god.” Paul here is LITERALLY identifying himself as a New Testament priest.🧵

Reading through mormon theology and its funny how its almost an inversion of Gnosticism. Instead of the material being evil and at odds with spirit, the material is practically all that exists. Even spirits are considered embodied material of a slightly different form.

Yes most of us want it banned because we were exposed to it at a young age, took years if not decades to quit, and many of us are still struggling with the last part. Of course we want it banned. We don’t want that to happen to others.
