Specific regulation for AI in healthcare still needs to be developed, because it is a very particular modality of use. Everything that interferes with health needs special rules.

Many people oppose AI regulation because they believe it will hinder innovation. It turns out that, if there is no regulation, the judges will decide what can and cannot be done (certainly not the best alternative). Regulating AI is an absolute policy priority.
