Ribeye update

Love the sear over direct flame.

Just so you know. If you want to type striper. Autocorrect will try and do stripper. Took me 5 times.

Trying Scott Rodriguez wet age on a pork belly and a ribeye. Only 11 days. Wading in gently. Figured I age the pork as well. Belly on the smoker with Dad’s Seasonings Nica BBQ. Gonna grill the ribeye in a bit with JL Masters beef rub.

Say it with me now. HOGS! Couple jumbo crappie from this morning.

Stripers crushed this Crappie Maxx jig today. A couple HOG post spawn crappie from today. Aggressive bite before the thunderstorms started. Too much fun!

Chilly out and windy! I had leftover tri-tip, beef rib, some ribeye that I had frozen. Turned it into a beef stew. Lots of fresh veges. Nothing wasted. Awesome comfort food. Gotta have the saltines!
