Goodbye to Roger Corman, one of the most important filmmakers in the history of American cinema. I recently watched A BUCKET OF BLOOD for the first time on an ancient off-air VHS tape given to me by a friend. It became an instant favourite alongside tons of other Corman films.

Interviewed for forthcoming doc about 80s TV nuke drama 'Threads' (I was an extra). Revisiting a teen trauma c/o Craig Ian Mann + Robert Nevitt... thanks *a lot* guys! 😅

Take or leave the book, but if you want to see a radioactive werewolf maraud around a sleepy town whenever he gets a bit annoyed (and who doesn’t?), then this is the film for you.

Lost my cat inside my own house, as you do. Eventually found him camped out inside the duvet, first looking kind of guilty and then very smug.

I’m on the panel for this. The stories Craig Ian Mann and I are uncovering for our Threads doc are fascinating. It’s a privilege to have the opportunity to commit them to film.

Just back from Prague with Mary Going, where I fell in love with Krtek and Karel Zeman, watched Czech animation at the National Film Museum, drank horror-themed cocktails and saw THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA with an amazing live score at the Edison Filmhub. And that was just one day.

ABIGAIL is going to take some beating as my favourite film of 2024. A riotously entertaining bloodbath from start to finish that reminded me of my first time seeing THE GUEST (and not just because Dan Stevens is a national treasure). See it in a cinema while you can.

Latest @eurekavideo releases to arrive, February through March. Great bunch of titles to work on and I’m very much looking forward to watching SLAUGHTER IN SAN FRANCISCO.

Holy shit, this looks incredible. I will never stop being thankful for three Ti West movies getting a wide theatrical release in just a few years.
