The company currently offers 18 SKUs at over 5,800 retail doors across the U.S.

General Mills is acquiring European pet food brand Edgard & Cooper for an undisclosed sum.

Edgard & Cooper was founded in 2016 and surpassed €100M in retail sales in 2023.

Plant-based protein shake brand OWYN is being acquired for $280M in cash.

The buyer is Simply Good Foods who also owns Atkins and Quest.

OWYN is the fastest-growing RTD protein shake in the market and expects to finish the year with net sales of $120M.
