Researchers examined safety of IV bolus Nitro for acute pulm edema (slow 1mg). n=235 over 4 years.

Median SBP: 198->168
Median HR: 108 -> 103
Median SPO2: 89% -> 98%

Only adverse events:
x3 asymptomatic HTN
