I dropped out of the Cubs because it clashed with The Incredible Hulk on the telly. I work for The Irish Times. DMs were open until the X man made me close them

If you ever wondered what was wrong with Ireland's car insurance market, this might go some way to explaining it. Would be interested in hearing if others had similar experiences. [email protected] or, you know, here. irishtimes.com/your-money/202…
When I was a kid, Eurovision was everything. It (and the Aga Khan Cup, weirdly) were all we had. As I grew up I grew weary and cynical (and Ireland got more stuff) but I’ve always had a soft spot for it and it’s deadly to have CUNTRY Ray representing us so fabulously this year.
Was delighted to appear on the Irish Times Podcasts In The New podcast with Bernice Harrison to talk prices, shrinkflation and your own-brand recommendations.... irishtimes.com/podcasts/in-th…
Please watch this clip. Ireland should be ashamed at what happened to this hardworking young man Josip Strok. Shame on our justice dept & gov. These gangs have no fear of the law & nothing to offer society. This was murder. Simon Harris TD Helen McEntee TD

One of the remarkable things about this piece - done to mark World Record Store day - and featuring Paul Howard Maïa Dunphy Nadine O'Regan Tom Happens 🥶 Paschal Donohoe EDEL COFFEY 👩🏼💻 and more is that no record is mentioned more than once. irishtimes.com/culture/music/…
In today’s The Irish Times Mag, Conor Pope on travel, Lauren Murphy interviews Niamh Bury, the brilliant story of Ranelagh Rockets, plus great walking festivals & the best columnists, including Brianna Parkins SeánMoncrieff Paul Howard Roe McDermott Mark Moriarty
Inspired by Cillian Murphy’s Desert Island discs, I listened to Trains, Boats and Planes by the FrankandWalters today. I bought it on vinyl in 93 and played it on a loop for months. I’ve not heard it in full for ages but it’s still great - full of joy and without a single bad tune.
A bit late to this clearly but it's hard not to love Gary Gannon TD for his role in this exchange... impossible, really.
