Great day yesterday visiting some of our rural communities! Was lovely to catch up with Cllr Gwenol - I can see why she’s so passionate about her beautiful corner of Conwy 🏔️

Any emergency numbers for EDF 🇬🇧? Electric off 3 hours now due to a fault their end with the smart meter that they knew about YESTERDAY and refused to help until electric went off. All helplines closed. Appalling service and the reason we have refused a smart meter until now!

Excellent training session this morning at St Asaph Police HQ by Operation REPEAT - how to help our more vulnerable residents keep safe from rogue traders, doorstep crime and fraud awareness.

Losing the will to live trying to sort a GHIC card for a vulnerable adult (DOLS). Why is nothing to do with disability applications simple? The people that need the simplest of systems have to fight the most complex! 🤬

My thoughts go out to the Princess of Wales, and particularly her young family, and I wish her a speedy recovery. I hope I live to see the day the media and public afford the same outpouring of sympathy and support to mental health illnesses as they do the physical ones 💓

Bring on the finals - well done boys, so proud! An amazing yr8 /U13 team that have bonded well on and off the pitch, playing for both school & Abergele! 🏆 🏉

Incredibly sad to be saying farewell to Mrs James, who had had the pleasure of teaching ALL of the Redhead boys at some point (and taking a particular one under her wing when needed 🤗 ) wishing you well all the best in your new ventures!

It was an honour to be one of a handful of North Wales businesses to sign the pledge of commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant today in Venue Cymru.

Our final keynote speaker Bishop James Jones:

'Those in control use mechanical language, while people in communities use organic language. You cannot use mechanical language to solve organic problems, you must understand why communities die before you breathe life into them.'
