Humans are far the best robots and robotics is not even close. Additional to the cognitive advantages and the power of our perception/action loops, humans can heal themselves, and harvest energy from the environment in a diverse and robust way, adapting to changes in situations.

CVPR PCs sent explanations on appeals to all authors. This was very helpful, and also points to areas where the policies need clarifications.

I wasn't an AC this time, but when I am, I take into account new experiments in the rebuttal. But I can understand ACs not doing it.

Using Twitter (subsequent called but not known as 'X'): as soon as I move away from the (great!) science and ML bubble of people I follow, each outside tweet has only non-sensual answers and they all seem to have been written by LLM-powered bots. It's pretty much useless.

Travelling in Europe: just took at 90min high speed train to Vienna Airport. Mixed up the car and now my part of the train goes to a different country: next stop: Hungary 🇭🇺
