FWIW last year, the fact that AI, Ethics, and Society Conference (AIES) 2023 was happening at all was announced 1/26 and the CFP came out 2/16 with a 3/15 deadline. I suspect that if there isn't an announcement this week, either it's not happening or it's going to be later than Aug.
