John Olooney John, I'm a great admirer, always read your tweets when I see them. Can you explain what difference it will make if my phone is switched off or on when this 'Emergency text' happens on Sunday?
I mean surely, this 5G stuff will be everywhere regardless if my phone is on or not.

This would be a concentrated beam, & the 'device' could be a person with say a graphene antenna inside them.
