I got some this morning at my neighborhood public library, where there was a stream of people coming in asking for them. Of note my library is also a polling place.

This is another dimension to coastal housing problems: if you leave you’ll never be able to afford again where you used to live. So the incentive is to be an absentee landlord even if you leave.

There is literally about 1,000 people, very well known to the police & other agencies, that are the cause of the majority of the problems on subways.

Maybe deal with those people, directly, rather than try this stuff
