As promised 4 of 30 portraits I made on my large format camera as part of my iPorter project 10 yrs ago in Everest region. I'd love to be able to show these images somewhere again & perhaps do a project revisit - but I'm not up for being a porter again!

I'm sure folk have studied them so wondered why they were so active?

On #WorldWetlandsDay we fondly remember an ongoing project on Bolton Fell Moss, nothern Cumbria. A collaboration between artists, scientists, conservationists, the local community & the awesome 480 hectares of being-restored bog.
We are back soon to continue the conversation.
Rob is testing a new camera that he's keen to use on a future project. 'New' is prob wrong as what you see here is a beautifully engineered pinhole camera (👏 Martin Lucas) that will hold 15x12 inch sheets of ILFORD PHOTO real film
Sometimes you just need to go back to 'simple'
