25 yo f with Crohns referred for Ileostomy reversal. Hx of urachal cyst excision at OSH c/b enterotomy, repair with leak, open abd, end Ileostomy/mucous fistula, NO anastomosis. Scope WNL. MRE no dz. Whats your approach? Repair via ostomy site or ex lap? Preop contrast enema?
