Confirming performance bonuses were cancelled for all Tesla employees in 2023. I worked 70-80 hour weeks with no vacation (only holidays), and didn’t get any bonus. Dividing my salary by the hours, I made about the same money as if I worked at Chipotle🥰🥰🥰
