I was daydreaming while driving and missed my turn. I knew the next road had a few vanes so instead of turning around I drove down and found a new vane with a birdhouse cupola.

Appropriately, this vane is on a home named “Crabby”.

If you know this scene, you know a flag is painted on the wall behind the bench. Many years ago the owner displayed real flags but they kept getting stolen. Problem solved.

I helped install a 6x4 foot metal print yesterday. I love the audio, “Ya, that’s perfect. The flag’s right in the center. No, that’s perfect man!”
