Delighted that our redevelopment of the historic 49-51 Whitehall has just been successfully completed. The project involved a three storey 1,650 sq.ft rear extension to provide an overall 14,000 sq.ft of Cat A office space and 3,000 sq.ft. of prime retail space in Central London.

Today MDA Consulting went to church! Thanks Brimelow McSweeney for showing us round their new build Dundonald Church with 18 flats above. They've designed a fantastic auditorium, family spaces & offices. We particularly liked the cross + lectern made of steel from the old printworks site

We have been shortlisted for the OAS Development Awards for the Best West End Regeneration Project for 50 Marshall Street, a 14,000 sq.ft. office building in Soho for our client @Shaftesburyplc. Scheme includes a large 1,100sq.ft roof extension and new roof terrace. #oasawards22

We are delighted that our West Wickham library and housing scheme was granted Planning Permission by Bromley Council this week. The scheme involves a significant extension to the existing library along with 26 new build flats to the rear of the site. #planning #housing #library
