Before the Nazi’s killed the Jews and Roma they killed the Disabled People. 99.8% were killed by Aktion T4, the largest group had Downs Syndrome. It is barely remembered. Austerity too targets the Disabled, Sick and elderly. All easy targets who can be ‘written off’.
