🌊The #OCEANS2025 conference began this morning with welcome remarks by René Garello from the IEEE Oceanic Engineering Society. It was followed by a Plenary Session with presentations by Zoi Konstantinou (DG Mare), Bente Lilja Bye (Iliad Project), and Lucie Cocquempot (IFREMER).
