Agree. Now we need to find a way to implement this. In addition I think we should campaign for mandatory training in acute asthma care - to include post attack review - to identify lack of prescriptions of Inhaled corticosteroids Say every 18 months?? Like CPR training. RCGP

10years ago the NRAD report looked into asthma deaths. 2/3 were preventable by better NHS care and better self-management.
Recommendations were made but not actioned.
Nothing has changed.
Deaths are still happening.
Many are avoidable.
