Those working in palliative care and in learning disability settings will need to reach out to other staff groups/sectors to support them to develop their awareness about the end of life care needs of people who are dying and have a learning disability.

Absolutely agree rehab is essential to prevent health decline. Sadly a lot more work to do to ensure that the rehab offer is accessible by all regardless of physical or cognitive disability. Too many LD service users are presumed unable to engage in rehab by mainstream services
