If ECHR issues Rule 39 injunction for #Assange extradition proceedings are suspended but only as an interim measure. His lawyers would then make an ECHR merits demand considering that UK decisions were wrong. Takes 18+ mths for courts to assess situation.

#JulianAssange has instructed his Belgium lawyer to apply for appeal to ECHR if he doesn't win his last right to appeal. BUT it can take 18 mths for ECHR to arrive at decision. NO guarantee #Assange wouldn't be extradited to #USA before conclusion of ECHR appeal.
