Alberta would like both more and less federal funding to flow to Alberta. This position has the advantage of allowing us to remain mad about any potential decision the federal government might make regardless of whether these decisions are a direct consequence of our tantrums.

I just have to note that this column pushes for blanket zoning to be refused even though R1 is itself blanket zoning, and argues we should cut red tape to build more housing -- just not the zoning red tape.

Demand Tariffs - the price loads pay to use the transmission and distribution lines are based on a combination of the charging capacity or rate in MW and the amount of energy the consume. They are one of the legacy barriers that should be changed. 1/n
