SC quashes the current appointment system of EC & CEC. Says now a panel comprising of PM, LOP(Leader of Largest Opposition party by strength in LS) & CJI will decide on appointments of EC & CEC till a law is framed by parliament.

@NavroopSingh_ Judiciary interfering with the executives . Another case of judicial over reach wonder when will Supreme Court bring reforms in judiciary and appoint a panel similar for appointment of judges.
