Via the bird app I’ve recently downloaded, I’ve become fascinated with what is outside my window. I had no idea there were so many different birds flying about including goldcrests. Here is the very beginning of my impression of one in textiles. #workinprogress
Delivered my stitched picture of #toastandmarmalade this morning to lovely gallery Oriel CRiC Gallery #crickhowell #Wales . It will be in the Open Art exhibition, which starts on May 25th. Couldn’t resist a wander around the pretty town and of course a stop for coffee @bookishcrickhowell!
A selection of #paintings as backgrounds in my tiny garden. You can see I like animals as well as plants! #GardensHour #GardeningTwitter

A climb to @snodhill_castle today to explore the ruins of Snodhill castle built c1050. A great position for a medieval fortress with its wonderful views over the Golden Valley, Herefordshire. Love the ancient stonework! #artinspiration
Good morning everyone and happy Sunday. I was recommended a bird identifying app, which has transformed how I listen to bird song. These are some of the birds flying by my window from 4.45am today that the app picked up: #internationaldawnchorusday

This is one of my favourite wildlife moments, captured at SWTLackfordLakes
This Kingfisher and Heron were hanging around with each other for about 20 minutes!

Off on another adventure today, this time to Cardiff on the train and to explore Cardiff Bay by bus. I thought about going on the big wheel and out on a boat but there just wasn’t enough time. Love going to Wales! #artinspiration
