Great to see two such committed swimmers training in the pool in the sunshine ... lovely

I find it hard to consistently train to an optimum level on my own. I always train better with a partner or within a team. Today’s goal was to increase my speed after months building my base endurance fitness back post surgery. Lifeguard Poppy did a great job today Wivey Pool 👍
