I just found this 1965 receipt of Chas F. Thackray Ltd.(Suppliers to the Surgeons!)

My Neurosurgeon (FRCS) father Dr. D. S. Mehta bought some equipment from them at a princely sum of £8 17s 4d & got this princely receipt!

Excited to share that as of Monday I'll be working as a Research Assistant on the Wellcome-funded LivingBodiesObjects project in collaboration with Thackray Museum of Medicine! Really looking forward to trialling out the possibilities of immersive technology in medical humanities!
