First, Susan Hall was a terrible candidate. She'd have made a terrible mayor, but in addition she too right wing, too implausible and too nuts to win in London. This election was winnable, but not by her.

Susan Hall lost the mayoralty, but found her wallet, so these are very much mixed results for Rishi Sunak
